This walk will focus on the sense of touch, on what we can feel through the sensory nerves in the soles of our feet, walking on grass, footpath through a small copse, experiencing the world through our feet.

Feet are so often neglected yet often hold the key to our health.
Come and experience this in a relatively safe space – I will scan the area the day before as part of the risk assessment. There is an element of risk but the more you go barefoot, you more aware you become of your surroundings.
